Boat Day Volunteer
Each summer Agape Families partners with Wake the World to bring an incredible and memorable experience to our campers. For one day our campers will get to enjoy the fun of boating, tubing, swimming, and more while relaxing in a ski boat among Oregon’s gorgeous lakes. In order to make this all possible, Agape and WTW partner with local boat owners to provide an unforgettable day for the campers. Boat day is often a camp highlight for many, as well as a place where many conquered their fears.
We are in need of more boat and boat drivers for our special days of camp. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, please register below.
Salem Adventure Camp Boat Day:
Friday, July 19, 2024 from 9:00am – 3:00pm Foster Lake
Eugene Adventure Camp Boat Day:
Friday, August 23, 2024 from 9:00am – 3:00pm at Fern Ridge
Requirements
- Wakeboard/ski boat with inboard motor (no I/O’s or outboard motors) or a modern jet boat
- Driver must have current boater’s license

recommendations
- We encourage boat drivers to provide a spoter for their boat. If you do not have one available, Agape will provide one.
- WTW will provide most of the life jackets needed for the kids and adults, but it’s recommended to bring a small supply of your own in case they are needed.
