Follow Up Programs
Agape Families is committed to serving families for 365 days of the year. Follow up programs include church connections, mentorship, large outreach events, a summer internship program, and more. Read below how you can partner with us to continue bringing change and stability into a family’s life.
Church Connection
Local churches provide a consistent and encouraging space to connect with peers and grow deeper in your faith. It is our goal to help students and families find a church to call home and receive the care and support that it provides. Check out our Church Connection page for more info.
Mentorship
The Agape Youth Mentorship Program is a one-on-one relationship for kids to be paired with a caring adult friend. Mentors are trained and screened adults who are excited to meet with kids for an hour a week and encourage them in their day to day lives, while also showing them what it looks like to have positive role models and help them achieve success in their life. The summer internship is designed to help students grow in their leadership development, character building, and friendship.
